A lovable rebrand

Enlisted set out to validate and synthesize research findings to identify brand opportunities, and develop a strong strategic and visual design. The project delivered customer insights, brand equity assessment, brand articulation, vision boards, and final brand identity and brand assets, emphasizing the significance of strategy in achieving successful visual design outcomes. Challenges centered on aligning diverse stakeholder perspectives, fostering unity within a brand serving various consumers, and expanding without losing the core customer base. Crafting resonant content for social media and the web presented itself as another objective of this work.

Our approach focused on designing a visual identity that authentically captured and reflected the Enso brand and further resonated with its diverse audience. This involved reworking the brand's mission, vision, and values, strategic consumer engagement, and creating a clear path for a refreshed visual identity, with vision boards guiding the exploration of various brand expressions. The results were clear with the successful 2023 web launch of the visual identity, showcasing a clear brand identity as well as personality. In conclusion, the work reflects the brand’s values of authenticity and inclusivity and positions Enso for further expansion.
